Buyer follow-up for property developers

Raze Drops builds buyer follow-up systems for property developers, so every registered buyer is contacted on a schedule from first viewing to booking with the right unit, price and stage in each message. Your sales team sees only the buyers who answered.

A launch collects hundreds of registrations in a fortnight and then works perhaps a third of them properly. The rest go cold because a list that size cannot be called twice by the same people. This page sets out the follow-up system we build for a developer sales team, what it takes off the team and what it costs.

What does a developer lose after the launch weekend?

The registration list is the asset, and most of it decays while the sales team works the loudest names at the top.

A buyer who registered in week one and heard nothing by week four assumes the good units are gone. That buyer is not lost to a competitor so much as lost to silence, and nothing in the sales report tells you it happened.

What does the buyer follow-up system actually do?

It keeps every registered buyer on a sequence tied to their stage, so news about unit types, price revisions and booking dates reaches them whether or not a salesperson had a free afternoon.

Replies are routed to the salesperson who owns that buyer with the history attached, and buyers who go quiet are approached again later rather than deleted. The sequences, the stages and the routing sit in a marketing automation layer over whatever list you already keep.

What does a developer build cost and how fast is it live?

A follow-up build is priced per project, from $300 to $9,000 depending on how many projects and phases it has to carry, and a monthly maintenance retainer keeps it running afterwards.

The proposal and the solution are presented before any deal is signed, so you approve a fixed scope rather than an open meter. Neighbouring builds use the same parts: appointment booking for clinics and sales follow-up for car dealers.
