What does the form collect?
The enquiry form collects your name, your email address, what you wrote about the problem you want solved, and the page the enquiry was sent from. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is taken from your browser.
Where is it stored?
It is stored in our own database, run by us for this website alone. It is not in a shared system with any other business, and it is not passed to an advertising network or a data broker.
Who sees it?
A copy of each enquiry is carried over Telegram to the owner’s phone, so a real person reads it and replies. No one outside this business reads it.
What emails will you send me?
A reply to what you sent, and the questions we need to write your proposal. If you ticked the consent box, we may also email you occasionally about what we build; every one of those carries an unsubscribe link and one click ends it.
We keep the date and the wording of the box you ticked, so we can always show what you agreed to. We never sell your address or pass it to anyone else.
What happens to our data during a project?
While we build, we work inside the accounts and tools you give us access to, and we only touch what the proposal says we touch. At handover you own the system, the accounts and the data it runs on, and we keep nothing that lets us switch it off.
If we hold a copy of your data for testing, it is deleted when the project closes. You can ask for that in writing and we confirm when it is done.
Do you use cookies or tracking?
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. There is no advertising pixel on this website.
How long do you keep it?
An enquiry is kept for up to 24 months after your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Project records are kept for as long as the law on business records requires.
How do I ask you to delete it?
Email hello@razedrops.com and say you want your details removed. We delete the record and reply to confirm, and you do not have to give a reason.
Where are your company details?
The company registration number and the postal address are not printed here yet, because they follow registration. When that is done they are added to this page and the change is dated, rather than a placeholder being shown in the meantime.
What if this page changes?
If we change what the form collects or where it is stored, we update this page and date the change. This page was last updated on 2026-09-22.
