Questions people ask before hiring us

These are the questions people ask before hiring us, in five groups: what we build, how we work, price and time, partner terms, and the work we turn down. Where the honest answer is a refusal, the refusal is the answer and it is on this page rather than in a later email.

How are these questions grouped?

By what you are actually worried about, in five groups. Most people read one group, get their answer and stop, which is the point.

GroupWhat it settlesWho tends to ask
What we buildThe kinds of system we take on, and whether yours is oneAn owner with a problem and no vocabulary for it
How we workProposal, testing, handover and who owns the resultAn owner who paid someone once already
Price and timeThe range, what moves it, how long a build takesAn owner deciding whether to start at all
Partners and white labelReselling, referring, commission and change requestsA reseller or a referrer with a client in hand
What we do not doThe work we turn down and the claims we refuse to makeAnyone doing due diligence properly

Where should I start if I have been burned before?

Start with how we work and price and time. The two answers that matter most to you are that the proposal comes before any deal and that a pilot is the smallest thing we will sell you.

The rest of that argument, including what a pilot should prove and the signs to walk away from any provider, is in how to test a provider with a pilot. The five steps of a project are on how we work and the range is on the pricing page.

What if I am a reseller rather than an owner?

Read the partners and white label group first. The short version is that delivery ships under your name, a quote and a delivery date come back within two working days, and referrers earn a commission instead of running the deal.

The full terms are on the partners page, and the step by step of a white label build is in sell AI agents under your own name.

What do you refuse to do?

No ready made templates or code packs, no reverse engineering, cracking or licence bypass, and no black hat work of any kind. We also do not sell SEO, advertising or social media management from this website.

Content OS, PhantomFox and Grey Manager appear here as brands we built and run on our own automation, never as services on offer. The numbers those systems produced are on our work, and who we are is on the about page.

Where do the rest of the answers live?

Longer questions get their own page rather than a paragraph here. The reading list is on the answers hub.

Tell us the problem on the contact page, and you get a proposal and a price before any deal is signed.

What we build

Can you work with the software we already use?

Yes. We build into HubSpot, GoHighLevel, WhatsApp Business, booking tools and the old internal system your managers complain about, and the proposal says exactly what we touch and what we leave alone.

Do you build full products, not just automation?

Yes. Content OS was built and live within one month as our own product, and a first version product for a founder is priced inside the same project range.

Is what you build an AI agent or a chatbot?

An agent. It takes an action in your systems, such as booking, following up or updating a record, rather than only answering a question. A chatbot is one part of some builds, never the whole of one.

What does Raze Drops build?

Custom AI agents, AI software and apps, lead generation systems, marketing automation and CRM automation, built to a proposal you see before any deal is signed. Each one is a system you own after handover.

How we work

Can I see the proposal before I pay anything?

Yes. The proposal and the solution come before any deal is signed, in writing, with the price and the delivery date on the page.

Do I need to understand the technology?

No. You describe the problem in your own words and you read the result; the proposal is written in plain language with no jargon to decode.

How do you test a system before handover?

On your real data, with you watching: real leads, real orders or real bookings. Nothing is handed over on a demo dataset.

What happens after handover?

You own the system and it keeps running on your own accounts. A monthly maintenance retainer covers monitoring, fixes and small changes if you want us on it, and it is optional.

Who owns the system when it is done?

You do, including the accounts and the data it runs on. We keep nothing that lets us switch it off if you stop paying us.

Price and time

Can I start with a small paid pilot?

Yes. A pilot is the smallest project we sell, at the bottom of the range, and it runs on your real data so you can decide after you have seen it work.

How long does a build take?

Content OS went from the first line of code to live within one month, and most client systems are smaller than that. The proposal commits to a delivery date.

How much does a project cost?

Projects run from $300 to $9,000, plus a monthly maintenance retainer if you want the system kept running. The proposal states one fixed number, not a range.

What moves the price inside the range?

How many systems it touches, how many people use it, whether it needs a new interface, and how much of your data has to be cleaned before automation can trust it.

Partners and white label

Can you build under my name for my client?

Yes. White label delivery is standard for partners, and the proposal is written so you can hand it straight to your client with your name on it.

How fast does a partner get a quote and a date?

Within two working days of sending us the deal. That is the quote and the delivery date together, not a discovery call.

Is there a commission for referring a client?

Yes. Referrers who bring the deal earn a commission on it, and the terms sit in the partner agreement rather than on this website.

What if my client asks for changes after delivery?

Small changes sit under the maintenance retainer. Larger ones get a new proposal, written through you, so you stay the contact your client deals with.

What we do not do

Do you do reverse engineering or black hat work?

No. We do not sell reverse engineering, cracking or licence bypass, and no black hat work at all: no bot engagement, no fake reviews, no scraping of private data and no spam.

Do you sell SEO, advertising or social media management?

No. Content OS, PhantomFox and Grey Manager appear on this website as brands we built and run, never as services this website sells.

Do you sell ready made templates or code packs?

No. Every system is built for the business that ordered it, and nothing we ship is a resold template.
