What do these terms cover?

They cover this website, the enquiry form on it, and the terms every Raze Drops project runs on. The proposal you sign is the document that governs your project; these terms sit under it and say what is true before a proposal exists.

What are you agreeing to when you send an enquiry?

You are asking us to read your problem and reply, and you are telling us the address to use. Sending an enquiry is not a purchase, not a contract and not a commitment of any kind, and you can ask us to remove your details at any time.

What do we promise?

A proposal in writing with one fixed price and a delivery date before any deal is signed. We build what that proposal describes, we test it on your real data with you watching, and we hand it over so you own it.

We handle your details the way the privacy page describes, and we never sell your address or pass it to anyone else.

Who owns the system when it is done?

You do, at handover, including the accounts it runs on and the data inside it. We keep nothing that lets us switch it off, and nothing that forces you to keep paying us to use what you bought.

What does the maintenance retainer cover?

Monitoring, fixes and small changes, for a monthly fee stated in the proposal. It is optional, it can be stopped, and stopping it does not take the system away from you.

Larger changes after handover are quoted as a new project, so nobody is billed for a rewrite under a maintenance line.

What can we not promise?

A specific business result. We can promise the system does what the proposal says and that it runs on your real data before handover, but no one can promise how many leads your market will send you or what your customers will do next.

We also cannot promise that a third party platform will keep allowing what it allows today. Where a build depends on a platform we do not control, the proposal says so.

What work do we not take?

Ready made template or code pack sales, reverse engineering, cracking or licence bypass, and black hat work of any kind: bot engagement, fake reviews, private data scraping and spam. We turn these down whatever the budget.

Who owns what is on this website?

The words, the diagrams and the software behind this website belong to us. You are welcome to quote a page with a link back to it.

Which law applies?

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the business is registered, and any dispute is dealt with there. If a court finds one line here unenforceable, the rest still stands.

Where are the company details?

The company registration number and the postal address are not printed here yet, because they follow registration. They are added to this page on the day that is done, and the change is dated.

How do we change these terms?

We update this page and date the change. These terms were last updated on 2026-09-22.
