Delivery systems for AI consultants

Raze Drops builds and runs the systems AI consultants sell but do not build, so you keep the client, the pricing and the relationship while the delivery happens behind you. Your client sees your name on the work from proposal to handover.

Selling AI work is a different skill from building it, and the consultants who are good at the first part usually discover the second part on a live project. This page describes how we deliver behind an AI consultant, what your client sees, and what it costs.

What does a consultant lose on a project they cannot build?

The first loss is the deadline, because a freelancer found in a hurry is a deadline you no longer control.

The second is the relationship. A client who watches a promised system arrive late and half working does not blame the freelancer they never met; they blame the consultant who sold it.

What does delivering behind a consultant actually look like?

You bring the requirement and the client context, we produce the proposal content, build the system, test it on real data and hand it over with documentation.

You stay the only named party in front of the client, and the pricing between us is agreed per project so your margin is known before you quote. The work itself is the same AI software and custom AI agents we build directly for owners.

What does delivery cost and how is it priced?

Each engagement is quoted per project, from $300 to $9,000, so you can set your own price to the client with a known cost underneath, plus a monthly maintenance retainer if the client wants it kept running.

The proposal and the solution are presented before any deal is signed, which is also what you can put in front of your client. Consultants often read operations systems for IT consultants and community and PR for crypto teams next.
