What should I write?

The problem in your own words. What is going wrong, who it is costing and what you wish happened instead is enough to start with.

What happens after I send it?

We read it and reply with questions, because the first message is never the whole story. After that you get a written proposal with one fixed price and one delivery date, and nothing is signed before you have read it.

Do I need a technical brief?

No, and no diagram, no specification and no meeting with your software provider either. If we need to know which tools you run, we will ask in the reply.

How do you reach us?

The form on this page and email. We do not run a phone line, and we do not book a call before you have a proposal to talk about.

What if I am a partner with a live deal?

Say so in the message and name the client deal in one line. Partners get a quote and a delivery date within two working days, and the terms are on the partners page.
