What moves the price inside the range?
Four things, and they are the four questions the proposal answers. How many systems it touches, how many people use it, whether it needs a new interface, and how much of your data has to be cleaned before automation can trust it.
What does the maintenance retainer cover?
Monitoring, fixes and small changes, billed monthly, and you can stop it whenever you like. If you stop it the system keeps running on your accounts; you simply stop getting us watching it.
We do not publish the retainer amount because it follows the size of the system it looks after. The proposal states it next to the project price, before anything is signed.
Why is a pilot the cheapest way to find out?
Because it costs the bottom of the range and it ends with something that runs on your real data. An owner who has been burned before gets a result to judge instead of a promise to trust.
