Operations systems for IT consultants

Raze Drops builds operations systems for IT consultants, so tickets, client onboarding, recurring checks and reporting run on rails instead of on one person remembering. The practice can then take on another client without adding another working day to anyone's week.

A small IT practice is usually excellent at its clients’ systems and improvising about its own. The result is a ceiling: the practice can take on exactly as much work as its owner can personally track. This page describes the operations system we build, and what it costs.

What does a practice lose to improvised operations?

The owner becomes the routing table. Every ticket, every onboarding step and every renewal passes through one head, and that head is also supposed to be doing billable work.

The visible symptom is small things being dropped: a check that did not run, a report nobody sent, a client who was never told what happened. Each one is minor and together they are the reason the practice cannot grow.

What does the operations system actually do?

It takes the intake, triage and assignment of tickets, runs the recurring checks on schedule, and produces the client facing update without anybody writing it from scratch.

Client onboarding becomes a defined sequence rather than a memory exercise, and anything overdue is escalated internally before the client is the one to notice it. It is an AI software build sitting on integration work with the ticketing, monitoring and billing tools your practice already uses every day.

What does an operations build cost and how long does it take?

It is priced per project, from $300 to $9,000 depending on how many workflows and tools it covers, with a monthly maintenance retainer once it is running.

The proposal and the fixed price come before any deal is signed. Consultants often read community and PR for crypto teams and client nurturing for advisors as related builds.
