Marketing automation systems
Yes. We build content production, email and campaign automation as a system you own after handover, supported under a monthly retainer if you want it, and we run three brands of our own on the same automation: Content OS, PhantomFox and Grey Manager.

What does a marketing automation system do?
It produces the content, sends the email and runs the campaign on a schedule that holds when nobody is watching, and it waits for a human yes where a yes matters. It is built as software you own, not as a service we run for you.
| Marketing job | What it looks like today | What it looks like after |
|---|---|---|
| Content production | A person decides every post, on the day, from nothing | The system picks the slot, the topic and the draft; a person approves |
| Email and follow up | Sent when someone remembers, to whoever is in the sheet | Sent on the schedule, from your account, to the right list |
| Campaign reporting | Compiled by hand at month end | Compiled by the system, ready on the day |
What have you built on your own marketing automation?
Three brands: Content OS, PhantomFox and Grey Manager, each run on the same systems we sell [1]. Content OS went from the first line of code to posting daily on a live page within one month [1].
On the same operations layer, solo founders grew three AI influencer accounts to 10,000 followers in 26 days [2], with no bots and no bought followers. Both are written up on the work page. They appear on this website as things we built, never as services this website sells: we do not sell SEO, advertising or managed social media.
Who owns the system after handover?
You do, including the accounts it posts from and the data it runs on. A monthly maintenance retainer covers monitoring, fixes and small changes if you want us on it.
That is the whole difference between this and a marketing agency. An agency keeps the system and sells you the output. We build the system, hand it over, and you keep it whether or not you keep us.
What does a marketing system cost?
Projects run from $300 to $9,000, then the maintenance retainer if you want it kept running [3]. The proposal states the number and the date.
A single channel content system for one page sits near the bottom of the range. A system that produces content, sends email and compiles the report across three brands sits higher. The full list of what moves the price is on the pricing page.
What do you need from us to start?
The channels you already post on, the tools you already pay for, and who says yes before something goes out. Nothing technical.
From there the steps are fixed and written on how we work: questions back, a written proposal with the price, a pilot or a build, a test on your real accounts with you watching, then handover. If the work is a CRM or sales pipeline rather than marketing, start at CRM and sales automation. If it is a content engine for an agency, the niche pages for social media agencies and content writing firms show the build in detail.
Where do I start?
Tell us which channels you run on the contact page. You get a proposal and a price before any deal is signed.
Do you sell SEO, advertising or social media management?
No. Content OS, PhantomFox and Grey Manager appear on this website as brands we built and run, never as services this website sells.
What happens after handover?
You own the system and it keeps running on your own accounts. A monthly maintenance retainer covers monitoring, fixes and small changes if you want us on it, and it is optional.
