Enrolment systems for tuition centres

Raze Drops builds enrolment systems for tuition centres and training providers, so a parent enquiry is answered the same day, matched to a class with real vacancies and carried through trial, payment and registration. Renewals for the next term run on the same rails.

Enrolment is seasonal, which is why it hurts. For six weeks a centre gets more enquiries than the office can answer, and for the rest of the year it lives on whatever converted during those weeks. This page describes the enrolment system we build for that peak, and what it costs.

What does a tuition centre lose during the enrolment rush?

Parents enquire at night, compare two or three centres in the same evening and enrol wherever somebody answered with a straight answer about times and fees.

A centre that replies the next afternoon is competing for a decision that was already made. Worse, the centre never learns this, because an enquiry that did not convert looks exactly like an enquiry that was never serious.

What does the enrolment system actually do?

It answers each parent as the enquiry lands, states the subject, level, schedule and fee, and offers the classes that still have room rather than the whole prospectus.

From there it books the trial, sends the payment instruction, registers the student and reminds the parent before the first lesson. The term renewal cycle reuses the same sequences, which is why it is built as a marketing automation layer with a custom AI agent doing the answering.

What does an enrolment build cost and when is it ready?

Pricing is per project, from $300 to $9,000 depending on the number of branches, subjects and class schedules it must know about, plus a monthly maintenance retainer.

You approve the proposal, the scope and the price before any deal is signed, and most centres are running before the next intake. Centres often look at member retention for gyms and reservation systems for restaurants too.
