Content OS: built and live in one month

We built Content OS, a social media content engine, and had it live and posting daily within one month. It decides what to post next on a live page and a person approves it, and this page is a case study of how we build rather than a service this website sells.

What was the problem?

A real page needed to post every day without a person deciding every post. Scheduling tools publish what you already decided and generators hand you a pile of drafts, so nothing decided for you and showed its reasoning, and we built the engine as our own product instead.

What did we build?

Content OS: an engine that picks the time, the topic and the template for each slot, writes the post, and waits for a human yes before anything publishes. It has been posting daily on a live page since September 2026 and runs as its own brand [3].

What was the result?

Built and launched within one month, posting daily on a live page since September 2026 [3]. The point of the number is not speed for its own sake; it is that a working product existed before a roadmap did.

What did it cost?

This was our own build, so there is no client invoice to quote. A first version product for a founder is priced inside $300 to $9,000 per project, then the maintenance retainer if it is wanted [4].

What happened next?

Content OS runs as a separate brand alongside PhantomFox and Grey Manager, all built on the same marketing automation. It appears on this website as a thing we built, never as a service sold here.

A founder who wants a first version product built the same way starts at AI software and app development. What a build of this size looks like week by week is in what an AI agency delivers in 30 days, and the other results sit on our work beside the real estate case study.

Tell us what you want built on the contact page, and you get a proposal and a price before any deal is signed.

Do you build full products, not just automation?

Yes. Content OS was built and live within one month as our own product, and a first version product for a founder is priced inside the same project range.

Do I need to understand the technology?

No. You describe the problem in your own words and you read the result; the proposal is written in plain language with no jargon to decode.
