Partner commission systems for referrers

Raze Drops runs a partner commission program for referrers and middle people, so an introduction to a business that needs a system built earns you a share of the project when it closes. You are not asked to scope, quote, manage or deliver any of the work.

Most people who know a business with an expensive manual problem never do anything with that knowledge, because the only ways to act on it are to build the thing yourself or to hand it over and hear nothing again. This page describes the commission route, what is expected of you, and what happens after the introduction.

What does a referrer usually lose on an introduction?

Visibility. You pass a good contact along, the conversation disappears into somebody else’s pipeline, and you never learn whether it closed.

The second loss is the relationship. If the work is delivered badly, the person who suffers is the one who made the introduction, which is why most people stop making them after being burned once.

What does the partner commission program actually involve?

You make the introduction and tell us what you know about the problem. We take the discovery, the proposal, the price and the delivery from there.

You are told where the deal stands at each step rather than left guessing, and your commission is a share of the project value, agreed in writing before the introduction is made. The work itself is the ordinary build side of this business: AI software, custom AI agents and automation for the business you introduced.

What can a referrer expect to earn and when?

Projects run from $300 to $9,000, and your commission is an agreed share of the project value, paid once the client has paid, with a further share where a monthly maintenance retainer follows.

Nothing about this asks you to invoice the client, hold the relationship or carry any delivery risk. If you would rather sell the work yourself and keep the whole margin, read white label delivery for resellers, or white label AI agents for agencies if you want a product of your own.
